Position:
Due to the growth of our business, we are seeking a bench jeweler in either a full time or part time capacity. Full-time is preferred but we are also hiring for part time as well! We are located on Wabash in jewelers row in downtown Chicago.
Bench Responsibilities:
•Clean Castings, remove spruce, remove supports after casting
•Resizings
•Prong tipping
•Soldering chains, shanks, heads, etc…
•Perform clean filing to prepare for pre-polish
•Assorted Bench Jeweler work
•Familiarity with laser welding is a plus
Qualifications:
•Bench Jeweler Experience working with all precious metals
•Timely and punctual
•Responsible and timely to ensure deadlines are met
•Trustworthy and honest
•Positive attitude that will fit into our upbeat culture
