Bench Jeweler
Forever Companies – Franklin, WI

The Job: Our skilled Bench Jewelers are the heart and soul of our dynamic jewelry manufacturing operation. We are busy creating one of the most state-of-the-art and technologically advanced operations in the world and we are actively researching and investing in the latest equipment and techniques. You will be a part of that development and you will work with a highly integrated team to hit our quality and production goals.

Your Trajectory
Our plan is to grow fast and dominate the direct-to-consumer eCommerce lab diamond space while controlling every major aspect that affects the customer experience internally. As we execute that plan there are tremendous opportunities to grow with the company if you have the talent and desire. We are committed to working on the training and development of our internal jewelry staff.
Reports to:
Manufacturing Manager and Director of Operations
What we need:
3-4+ years of experience as a bench jeweler
Must be proficient at setting center stones and various side stone styles.
Skills in:
Ring sizing
Jewelry repair
Use of a bench microscope to set stones
Gold-based setting a must, platinum, and silver setting, a plus
Knowledge of jewelers tools equipment and machinery
Attention to detail and quality.
Experience in a jewelry manufacturing environment a plus
General knowledge of prototyping and casting plus
Physical Requirements:
•Required to sit or stand for long periods of time.
•Requires ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
•Requires the ability to perform repetitive hand and eye procedures.
•Requires the ability to work with polishing chemicals.
•Requires the ability to work with gold, platinum, and other metal alloys.
•Requires the ability to follow MSDS guidelines for polishing materials.
•Requires the ability to work with polishing compounds and products.
•Requires the ability to use manufacturing equipment safely.
•Requires the ability to follow and adhere to manufacturing safety guidelines, and policy and procedures
•Requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment.

Compensation: $18-$23. Commensurate with experience
