YOUR DUTIES
•Ensure Bucherer’s image through service excellence.
•Perform partial services on the brands we represent.
•Perform full maintenance on Rolex, ETA and other calibers.
•Make diagnostics.
•Ensure inventory management.
•Process customer files in the after-sales service system.
•Sporadically ensure the presence at the reception of the After-Sales Service (SAV).
YOUR SKILLS
•Holder of a practicing watchmaker or repairer watchmaker diploma.
•A minimum of 2 years of experience in an after-sales service or confirmed experience in a production workshop (movement assembly & casing).
•Strong sense of service and exemplary customer orientation.
•French mother tongue, very good command of English, any other language is an asset.
•Ease with computer systems.
•Sense of detail and professional rigor.
•Sense of responsibility, excellent team spirit and flexibility.
•Neat and professional appearance.
