We are currently seeking a Jewelry Repair Specialist. This person will be the liaison between the bench jewelers and the customer. This position will handle customer concerns and be passionate about ensuring the customer is taken care of the Diamonds Direct way, 100% of the time.

Ability to maintain composure in high pressure, fast-paced environment
Good listener and communicator
Organized and good at multi-tasking
Comfortable at handling phone calls and in person correspondence
Professional and welcoming presentation
Demonstrates attention to detail and has a sense of urgency
A passion for the jewelry industry or luxury goods
2-3 years Customer service experience
Excellent computer literacy skills
Experience in the retail industry — jewelry experience is a plus!
Must be willing to work Saturdays
