42 Year Old Family Owned Jewelry Store looking for an Advanced Bench Jeweler.

We are located in beautiful East Tennessee, only one hour away from the Great Smoky Mountains and a one hour drive east to Johnson City or one hour drive west to Knoxville.
We are located on historic Main Street, with overhead sidewalks (only one in the US) surrounded by boutiques and estate/antique stores.

Full time Position.
Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
(Possible Saturday or Sunday at major holidays)
Willing to discuss pay depending on work experience.

Desired Skills (for example but not limited to)
Basic jewelry repair
Chain and Clasp Repairs
Ring sizing and re-shanking
Re-tipping prongs/prong work/tightening stones
Cleaning/polishing and rhodium plating
Solder work
Perform minor ring repair and other jewelry repairs
Experience in all types of stone setting including prong, channel, bezel, bar, etc. on all types of metals including silver, gold, platinum
Platinum rebuilds
Laser welding experience a must
Cad Cam experience a plus
Required knowledge of all findings, parts and tools that would need to be ordered
Required to maintain all bench tools and equipment
Required to maintain a clean and safe bench area for repairs to be completed
Would need to possess:
Great customer service and communication skills
Good work ethic and honesty is a MUST
Professional appearance and attitude is a MUST
Punctuality is a MUST
Minimum of 3 years work experience needed along with referrals.
Would need to pass a background check, and if found necessary, a drug test.
