Job Descriptions

• Ability to create complex and intricate parts without supervision.
• Provide input on the technical aspect of design during project reviews, participate in brainstorming sessions during design review meetings. Provide production techniques and initial labor estimates.
• Translate the design concept into a physical piece within the established project time frame
• Physically build new production models and initial prototype samples according to project lead times.
• Able to work on high end jewelry / sold order product.
• Ability to weld, resize “rings up or down” adjustment and polishing techniques.
• Provide guidance to other jewelers.

Ratings

• Minimum 3-5 years of bank experience in high-end jewelry manufacturing store.
• Knowledge of complex and intricate jewelry construction, as well as precious metal properties.
• Ability to read and interpret rendering / design engineering documents
• Ability to build handcrafted items, mechanical components, fasteners, connections
• Ability to communicate problems clearly in a team environment.
• Knowledge of colored stone properties, adjustment of techniques and styles.
• Ability to work overtime as business need arises.
• Must be highly motivated

• Ability to Solder, resize “rings up or down” setting and polishing techniques.
• Provide guidance to fellow jewelers.

• Ability to construct handmade elements, mechanical components, clasps, connections
• Ability to communicate issues clearly in a team environment.
• Knowledge of colored stone properties, setting techniques and styles.
• Ability to work overtime as business need arises.
• Must be highly motivated
