We are seeking a well rounded bench jeweler to work with our talented team. Candidate must be a quality craftsman and setter that also has experience in all kinds of repairs. Converge is a custom manufacturer that specializes in one-offs and small orders, so much of the work is on newly designed pieces and varies from job to job, lots of variety.
Bench Jeweler Responsibilities:
•Finish castings and setting of one-off jewelry designs
•High quality repairs
•Working in a team with a forward thinking attitude
Bench Jeweler Qualifications:
•Experienced in all styles of diamond and gemstone setting.
•Experience working with platinum, gold and silver
•Excellent skills in finishing castings and polishing
•The ability to do high quality repairs of all types
•Jewelry fabrication
•Hand engraving a big plus
•Good communication skills, a “can do” attitude and the ability to work with others in a fast paced environment are essential.
•The ability to work independently with good organizational and communication skills
