Marketing many of the world’s most luxurious watch and jewellery names including their own distinct LAING Fine Diamond Jewellery collections, the level of sales and service professionalism that is demanded in-store is rightly of the highest order.
An opportunity has now arisen for a talented Lead Watchmaker to revel in the breadth and volume of fine watch brands that our client services and repairs on a daily basis. Placement within one of Scotland’s most prestigious retail stores will surely prove a career topping achievement.
You pride yourself on your level of workmanship bench-side, backed up by professional recognised industry training: almost certainly WOSTEP and BHI accredited. On the other hand, direct training from brand owners or indeed time served at the bench, backed up with the appropriate professional references, may also qualify you for consideration.
Central to your modus operandi is meticulous attention to detail, ever keen to adhere to best practice service standards, whilst at the same time appreciating the importance of sales floor panache.
Administrative support is also within your remit, enabling you to monitor and control customer expectations, whilst allowing optimum focus on each job allocated to the professional attention of the bench practitioners.
The LAING business is widely recognised for embracing supplier training support, and for aftersales specialist personnel the corporate approach is no different. Where beneficial, they insist upon providing upskilling opportunities, just as they do for shop floor staff.
Applications are now keenly sought. Please express your potential interest in confidence to our client’s retained recruiter of choice, Jolyon Marshall Limited – we shall respond without delay.
