Salary:
•Compensation for a Certified Watchmaker is $60,000 to $70,000 per year. Pay based on many factors such as demonstrated hard and soft skills, level of education and certification, history in the industry, and relevant work experience. A salaried technician must be certified. Without certification $22 to $26 per hour.
Hours:
•Full-Time, Monday through Friday (Some Saturdays based on our business needs)
Description:
•We are looking for skilled watch makers that have multiple talents. Ideal applicants should have broad knowledge relating to chronographs, perpetual calendars, quartz and mechanical movements. Capable of working with a wide range of products from inexpensive to luxury brands with equal attention to detail. We are looking for both hourly and salaried technicians. This position is full-time.

Qualifications and Job Experience:
•Experience in repairing and servicing watches, with skills including but not limited to quartz and mechanical movements, chronographs, perpetual calendars and lathe work
•SAWTA/CW21/WOSTEP certification preferred but not required.
•Familiar with both Swiss and Japanese movements
•Ability to repair and refinish cases
•Ability to analyze and diagnose repairs accurately
•Ability to perform water resistance tests, both dry and wet methods.
•Ability to work independently and in a high paced environment.
•Proficient with case assembly and production oriented, and attention to detail.
•Must follow established manufacturing and safety procedures
•Must be able to work a varying schedule and overtime to meet our business needs
•Must be able to work in a culturally diverse environment
•Authorized to work in the United States of America
•This position requires a high degree of trustworthiness

Things To Know About Our Facility
•The dress code is metal free and pocket free, which means that no metal may be brought or worn into the work area within the facility. This includes clothing with zippers, metal on or in footwear, jewelry or piercings. Due to the metal free policy, the dress code is very casual. Our facility is also pocket free, which means no pockets of any kind. This includes all pants, shorts, shirts, sweat shirts, and sweaters. Sneakers, sandals, shorts and athletic wear are all acceptable. Lockers are provided in the break room for personal items such as cell phones that are not metal free.
