DUTIES: Serve as an After Sales Servicing Expert on Omega watches, as well as train other watchmakers and case technicians on Omega products. Repair, clean and adjust watches, clocks and related instruments. Utilize watchmaker’s tools, including measuring instruments, bench machines and cleaning equipment. Remove watch and clock mechanisms from case and examining for diagnostics, for determination of defective parts and/or any accumulation of foreign matter. Disassemble and reassemble complicated mechanisms, requiring the utilization of truing calipers and tweezers and a mastery of specialized machinery used in connection with cleaning and adjustment of the timepieces. Plan and direct training functions for brand watchmakers. Coordinate training department and instruct operators on technical matters, both in theory and in practice. Mentor junior Watchmakers and sharing Best Practices with the team.
REQUIREMENTS: 2 years’ comprehensive experience in watchmaking required, including experience with various Swatch brands of timepieces. Must be an Omega Certified Watchmaker.

HOURS: 40 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
