The RealReal is the world’s premier online luxury resale consignment marketplace. As part of our operations team, this newly created Watch Technician role has knowledge of high-end luxury watch product history, brand information and service.
Role Description:
- Authenticate and determine acceptance of incoming consignments
- Assess and confirm condition, serial and model number, and movement
- Watch product knowledge – brand information and history
- Perform simple repairs, cleaning, battery replacement, basic mechanical movement regulation and adjustment
- Ability to work in high-volume environment
Requirements:
- Ability to diagnose and perform service on basic to moderate complexity watches
- Meticulous and strong attention to detail
- Brand certification with Rolex, Cartier, TAG Heuer, etc. a plus
