POSITION SUMMARY
The quartz watchmaker is responsible for the testing and repair of quartz watches for consumers and retailers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Tests and repairs quartz watches with prescribed equipment and methods.
Cleans, adjusts and calibrates watches.
Insures that estimate correctly reflects required servicing
Insures repair work meets brand quality standards
Meets assigned productivity standards
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Quartz watch repair skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a production driven environment
Ability to work collaboratively
Self-motivated to work independently
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1-2 years quartz watch repair experience
