I recently submitted to Esslinger for a p/n and size of the o-ring needed for a Tissot, along with details for the second time. It seems to be so impossible to first get the information, and to then go forward with the ordering of the replacement part. Can someone explain the reason why this process is so difficult. Is there a product manual we can use to lookup the information online? Thank you.
