• Case Holding Vise
• Case Knife
• Fine-Point Tweezers
• Plastic Tweezers
• Small Screwdriver
• Battery Tester
• Case Wrench
• Watch Closing Hand Press
• Polishing Cloth

Step 1

Look at the back of the customer’s watch and compare it to the pictures below. If it does not match any of these types, or if it is a specialized or water resistant watch, refer it to a professional watchmaker.
