Our Watch Technician will support our watchmaking and operation teams. Technicians play a critical role within the shop, assisting the company not only in pre-sale production, but also post-sale customer satisfaction. This role is a great chance to be trained in the horology space and work alongside some of the industry’s best certified watchmakers. The right candidate will make a large impact on our team and see growth opportunity that can be applied towards a potential certification in the industry.

What you will be doing:

  • Casing and de-casing timepieces
  • Running various tests for watchmakers in preparation for authentication and final quality checks
  • Basic data entry of watch specifications and test results
  • Assisting sales and operations in customer satisfaction and post-sale order fulfillment
  • Basic parts repairs and adjustments (e.g., crystals, pushers, changing batteries)
  • Polishing and cleaning watches as needed
  • Regularly communicating with internal teams, especially regarding deadlines and delays
  • Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality
  • Remaining cognizant of and abiding by all of C&C’s security and safety requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Mechanical aptitude with strong desire to learn
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Technical experience in the watch and/or jewelry industries preferred, but not required
  • Working experience with luxury brands is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, focus, and acuity
  • Clear and consistent communication skills
