We are looking for an experienced Watch Technician to join our Richemont Customer Service platform, in particular caring for Cartier timepieces.

Main responsibilities:

•To do MS and CS on watches ready to repair

•To do own QC before transfer to Final Quality department

•To report all technical problems to the technical supervisor

•To provide quality feedback to brand HQ (where applicable)

•Maintain personalized hand-tools and testing equipment in impeccable working condition

•To ensure immaculate cleanliness of the personal working environment

Ideal Profile:

•Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in encasing/exchanging movements

•Diploma holder in watch-repairing or equivalent training course is an advantage

•Excellent attention to details and willingness to learn

•Excellent communication skills
