Professional Watchmaker

Job Summary

 

We are looking for a motivated watchmaker to join our vibrant team in Norfolk.

The candidate must be passionate and have an eye for detail.

 

Specific to this role:

 

  • Assembly and finishing
  • Timings
  • Quality control
  • Assist with development
  • Monitor inventory
  • Plating
  • Operate laser
  • Hand and dial making (training given)

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience, but this is not essential.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in watch repair and maintenance, including experience working with mechanical watches and clocks
  • Skills in quality control and a demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Deep understanding of watch construction and an appreciation for craftsmanship
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Ability to work effectively in a small team and embrace a collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in hand assembly or fine craftsmanship is a plus
  • A WOSTEP/BHI diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
