Responsibilities:
- Serves as primary liaison between customers, sales associates and repair team.
- Processes customer jewelry and watch repairs; works with vendors regarding repair issues.
- Communicates instructions for servicing and enters information into the POS system; evaluates items condition and clearly identifies necessary repairs.
- Maintains organized inventory repair reports and reviews repair tickets for correct invoicing.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Strong customer service and computer skills.
- Knowledge of watches and basic jewelry metals, gemstones, etc.
